Tiffany's Story

Tiffany is one of the individuals who has committed to living in our microhomes, and she is eagerly anticipating the transition from her family home. “It will be fun living on my own for the first time. I want to be more independent,” she shared. Tiffany began receiving services from LifeQuest in 2022. She has a passion for art and is well known for her involvement in many activities at 401 Create, our downtown location.

After moving in, Tiffany is excited to host an open house for her family and friends. Her family is equally enthusiastic about this next step. Her mom shared, “This will be a great opportunity for Tiffany and a big change in her life. We are all very happy and excited for her.”

Tiffany added, “I am excited to work with my new connections and staff in the homes. I have already experienced new opportunities with the staff and others living there.”

Progress on the homes continues steadily. Interior walls are being prepared for painting, and showers and other key features are beginning to be installed. On the exterior, stonework is being completed, followed by siding. Appliances have been ordered, wiring for remote sensor technology is in place, and landscaping plans are being finalized. The track system for the lift is in its final planning stages, and the home is nearly ready for installation.

According to our contractor, we are still on track for a completion date in late July—it’s coming soon! Our plan is to stagger move-ins to help keep the process organized and manageable. As with any move, flexibility and patience will be important as we move forward.

Thank you again for helping create this life-changing opportunity for the individuals we serve at LifeQuest. This innovative project is becoming a reality because of your support and the generosity of so many others.
